We are looking for a highly skilled Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Chatbot Developer to build an AI-powered chatbot for our company. The chatbot should be capable of retrieving relevant information from our internal/external knowledge base and generating accurate, context-aware responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune a RAG-based chatbot using LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Integrate the chatbot with our company’s database, APIs, and external knowledge sources
• Optimize retrieval mechanisms for fast and accurate responses
• Implement real-time learning capabilities to improve chatbot performance
• Ensure scalability, security, and data privacy compliance
• Deploy the chatbot on web and mobile platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AI/ML & NLP
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers
• Knowledge of LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, or Claude
• Experience with retrieval-based AI models and fine-tuning techniques
• Understanding of database integration, API development, and cloud deployment
