We are looking for an experienced PPC & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad optimization to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to target the right users
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy for higher conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS
- A/B test different ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on ad performance and key insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook, and Instagram Ads
- Strong knowledge of PPC bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and create high-converting ad creatives
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad budgeting
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred but not required)
- Experience with E-commerce, SaaS, or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
